For most general virtual assistant positions, you can expect the process to take approximately 2-3 weeks. However, if you are seeking virtual assistants for more technical or specialized roles, the recruitment process may extend to around 4-6 weeks.

What happens if the virtual assistant hired didn't work out?A: We are fully committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with the performance of your virtual assistant. If the newly hired VA doesn’t work out for any reason—whether they have stopped communicating with you, failed to fulfill tasks according to your expectations, or any other issue—we offer a 90-day free replacement guarantee. This means that within the first 90 days of your engagement, if you are not happy with the assistant provided, we will replace them at no additional cost. Our goal is to help you hire the world’s best virtual assistants, and we stand by our service with this commitment.

How much does your recruitment services cost?A: We charge a flat fee of 35% of the annual salary of the virtual assistant. For example, if we hire a customer support specialist for you at a salary of $10,000 per year, you would pay us a one-time fee of $3,500. This fee covers the entire hiring process, from job posting to candidate selection, ensuring we match you with the most qualified and skilled virtual assistant to meet your needs.
